  • Supervise laboratory activities (physicochemical and microbiological analyses).
  • Ensure the quality conformity of raw materials and finished products.
  • Develop and coordinate R&D projects related to cocoa processing methods.
  • Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO standards and good manufacturing practices.
  • Train and support the quality team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry, Food Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in agri-food quality laboratory.
  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO, HACCP).
  • Analytical mind, rigor and leadership.
