• Develop and retain a portfolio of existing clients.
• To present, promote and sell our personal hygiene and cosmetic products.
• Conduct regular visits to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, parapharmacies and other points of sale.
• Negotiate in accordance with the company's commercial policy and ensure order follow-up.
• Achieve the sales targets set by management.
• To monitor the competition and gather relevant market information.
• Organize and plan sales routes in the assigned sector.
• Ensure follow-up of customer payments and contribute to debt recovery according to internal procedures.
• to establish regular reports of visits, orders and results to the hierarchy.
• To ensure quality monitoring in order to sustainably develop sales and brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Commercial training or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in field sales.
• Experience in personal hygiene and cosmetics.
• Good knowledge of the local distribution network and established business relationships: major assets.
• Personal vehicle required (car or motorcycle).
• Valid driving licence appropriate for the means used, in particular motorcycle licence for motorcycle travel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and persuasion skills.
• Autonomy, organization, dynamism and initiative.
• Good knowledge of the assigned geographical sector.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio and achieve set objectives.
