• Organizes the archiving and filing (physical and electronic) of contracts from foreign suppliers and all related documents.
• Ensures that contract tracking sheets are properly maintained and updated (payment file, settlement and performance bond)
• Tracks the progress of obtaining tax documents (SD Taxation / DGE)
• Handles customs clearance files (domiciliation and other)
• Follows contractual guarantees (sureties and performance guarantees)
• Monitors contracts with foreign suppliers and all related documentation.
• Ensures the compliance of payment files (substance and form)
• Monitors contracts, deliverables, and payment execution
• Validates the conformity of customs clearance files (postponement of domiciliations and other matters)
• Follows contractual guarantees (sureties and performance guarantees)
• Contact the various departments (business) regarding any missing or missing payment and/or transit documents.
