• Receiving raw materials, including PVC resins, stabilizers, additives, pigments and other components.
• Verify the quantities delivered against the purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Check the apparent condition of the packaging, the identification of the batches and the documentary conformity.
• Report any anomalies, quantity discrepancies or non-conformities to the relevant department.
• Prepare the receipt documents and ensure the transmission of supporting documents.
• Record all stock inflow, outflow and transfer movements.
• Keep stock records and data from management software or Excel files up to date.
• Ensure the monitoring of stocks of raw materials, packaging, finished products and spare parts.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Identify the risks of stockouts, overstocking, deterioration or obsolescence.
• Ensure the traceability of batches of raw materials and stored products.
• To receive the PVC profiles produced and ensure their identification.
• Verify references, quantities, dimensions and traceability information according to production documents.
• Store finished products by reference, color, range and location.
• Prepare orders and shipments in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Ensure the preservation of profiles against shocks, deformations and deterioration.
• Carry out periodic inventories and participate in general physical inventories.
• Compare physical stocks to theoretical stocks.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized and properly labeled.
• Respect the safety, handling and traffic rules in the store.

Desired Candidate Profile

• TS, or equivalent diploma in inventory management, logistics, supply or business management.
• Professional experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in stock management, inventories, receiving and issuing notes, as well as supply monitoring.
• Computer skills: Good command of Excel and inventory management software or ERP.
• Specific knowledge: Experience in a PVC profile production or extrusion plant is an asset.
• Personal qualities: Rigor, organization, honesty, responsiveness, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Availability: Immediate or as per prior notice
