• Search for availability and the best prices (flights, hotels, stays, tours).
• Make, modify and cancel reservations with companies, hotels and partners.
• Prepare quotes, confirmations, vouchers and travel documents.
• Track payments, deposits and deadlines for files.
• Inform customers about travel conditions, schedule changes and formalities (visas, documents).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in tourism, commerce, management or equivalent (Baccalaureate Bac+3).
• Experience in reservations or travel agencies is appreciated.
• Knowledge of destinations, hotels and airlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and customer service.
