• Welcoming customers, identifying their needs and advising them on destinations, routes and prices.
• Book, issue, modify and cancel airline tickets and other transport tickets.
• Use the booking systems (GDS) and platforms of the companies.
• Calculate rates, taxes, and prepare quotes and invoices.
• Collect payments and manage the cash register and receipts.
• Inform customers about travel formalities (visas, baggage, airline conditions).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in tourism, ticketing, commerce or equivalent (Baccalaureate Bac+3).
• Experience in a travel agency or ticketing service is appreciated.
• Proficiency in a reservation system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or equivalent) is appreciated.
• Knowledge of destinations, airlines and airfares.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer service and communication skills.
