• To supervise, lead and motivate the sales team and monitor their performance on a daily basis.
• Define sales objectives by salesperson and by sector and monitor them.
• Plan and optimize customer tours and visit plans.
• Supporting salespeople in the field, training and advising teams.
• Develop the client portfolio and prospect for new points of sale.
• To monitor the application of prices, promotions and commercial actions.
• Track vehicle inventory, sales, cash receipts and cash reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in commerce, management or equivalent (Bac+2 Bac+3).
• Proven experience in sales and sales team management, ideally in distribution or consumer goods (duration to be specified).
• Knowledge of the local market and distribution networks.
• Leadership, facilitation skills and negotiation skills.
