• Record, validate, and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Prepare quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Set up and manage customer, product and pricing databases.
• Track sales performance: dashboards, periodic reports, variance analysis.
• To liaise with the logistics, production and accounting departments.
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices with the finance department.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in commerce, management or equivalent (Bac+2/3).
• Experience in sales administration or business management is appreciated.
• Proficiency in Excel and business management software (ERP).
• Precision, rigor, organizational skills and prioritization.
