Missions

Main activities

Reporting

• Prepare Group reports, within deadlines and in accordance with Group standards, instructions and procedures.
• prepare liquidity reports (BNF, LCR, etc.).
• to prepare and transmit the supplementary statements (13D, 4B, etc.).
• Prepare periodic analytical reviews and respond to requests for information on reports.

Data Quality

• Identify and participate in ensuring the reliability of data likely to impact Group reporting.

Arr t s p riodiques

• Actively participate in periodic stoppage work and calculate end-of-period aggregates.
• To detect malfunctions and propose solutions to remedy them.

Controls

• Ensure the sub-certification of the assigned accounts, at the level of requirement defined by LoD2.
• Perform and formalize consistency and reconciliation checks of reports with the general balance sheet and management statements.
• Carry out and formalize the consumer/social transition reports and reconciliations with the CDG.
• Carry out the generic Liquidity control plan.

Hard procedures

• Identify and update local procedures within the scope of Group reporting and periodic closing.
• Decline all Group procedures related to the perimeter.

Documentation and archiving

• Ensure the archiving of all correspondence and reports produced.

Projects and other

• Participate in projects to optimize and develop the processes for establishing Group reporting, and in other projects within the department.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Dipl me : Bac+4 minimum.

• Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting, and of IAS/IFRS standards.
