• Supervise and lead logistics assistants, stock managers and operations agents.
• Monitor performance indicators (delays, service rate, costs, error rate) and propose improvements.
• Negotiate and monitor service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, subcontractors).
• Anticipate supply needs in conjunction with the sales teams.
• To resolve disputes and logistical incidents.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in logistics, including initial experience in coordination or management.
• Skills: supply chain management, ERP/WMS, advanced Excel, negotiation, team management.
• Qualities: leadership, organizational skills, analytical mind, decision-making ability.
