Managing a portfolio of suppliers. The objective is to ensure the execution of the store supply plan put in place by the supply planning department based on the management's logistics master plan;

T ches :

-Ensure the management and monitoring of central and direct orders according to needs, seasonality and promotional operations.

-D determine the quantities to order and guarantee optimal product availability.

- Ensure follow-up with suppliers, delivery times, disputes and compliance with negotiated conditions.

-Control orders, goods receipts, stocks and flows to stores.

-Coordinate exchanges between stores, suppliers, purchasing, logistics and referencing.

- Prepare regular reports and propose action plans to improve product availability.

-Conduct store visits and check prices, stock levels, product display and conformity.

Profile :

• 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.

• University or professional training in a relevant field.

• My mastery of French and Arabic; English is an asset.

• Good mastery of office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
