• Supervise and manage all of the company's accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance of operations with accounting and tax regulations and Group requirements
• To ensure the reliability, consistency and consolidation of accounting and financial information
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings and the preparation of financial statements.
• Coordinate the missions of the auditors and ensure the follow-up of action plans resulting from the audits.
• Maintaining relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and institutional partners
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities to ensure operational excellence
• To develop, optimize and secure accounting procedures and internal control mechanisms
• Produce, analyze and oversee financial reports intended for internal stakeholders and the Group
• To supervise, support and develop the skills of the Accounting & Administration team
• Ensure the application of internal procedures, quality standards and compliance principles of the Group
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization and performance of the Finance function

LANGUAGES

• Excellent command of written and spoken French;
• Good mastery of professional English.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and management roles
• Proven experience in team supervision and in managing accounting closings
