Reception and processing of telephone calls and client requests; Understanding and analyzing client needs; Gathering technical, functional, aesthetic, and budgetary information; Proposing adapted solutions; Participating in project design and orientation; Preparing commercial offers and quotes; Presenting and explaining proposals to the client; Negotiating commercial conditions; Converting prospects into clients; Ensuring project follow-up in coordination with internal teams (Architects, Finance & Accounting Management); Monitoring client financial situations (Progress & Payment Status); Ensuring follow-up of payments and receivables.
