We are hiring Tele-Collection Officer at Souhoola:
What you will do:
- Contcat customer with overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangement.
- Follow up on payment and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver a professional and customer focused collection experience.
What we are looking for:
- bachelor degree in business administration, finance, Law or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 0-2 years of experience in Collections or Call center.
- Good understanding of collection processes.
