Job Summary

Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring an HR Generalist in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure comfortable and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training high-end equipment and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel operations and employee records.
  
• Handle employee files contracts HR documentation and related processes.
  
• Manage onboarding activities for new hires.
  
• Handle employee relations and support employees on HR-related matters.
  
• Ensure HR records are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
  
• Support recruitment activities when required.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  
• Strong experience in Personnel functions.
  
• Good understanding of labor law and HR documentation processes.
  
• Leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives.
  
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  

Required Skills:

What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a well-rounded HR leader who can balance strategy with execution. Experience: 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Scope Handling: Experience managing HR for organizations with 150250 employees is essential. HR Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across Personnel Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Industry Background: Experience in the fitness industry is highly preferred. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Education: HR Diploma is a strong plus. Language: Good command of English is required.
