Job Summary
- Provide professional technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through solutions in a clear and friendly manner.
- Document customer interactions and reported issues accurately.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting performance standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Qualifications :
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good computer and technical skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including overnight shifts.
- Previous technical support or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Information :
salary is 20800 Net 1100 overnight allowance
