Inbound Customer Service Agent English Account

Job Summary

QuickfirmX is hiring now Inbound Customer Service Agents for Naos Solutions English-speaking night shift (C1 required).

Youll handle inbound calls and emails ensuring a smooth and professional support experience for international clients.

Job Role

• Handle inbound customer interactions (email & voice)
  

• Resolve account product or service-related issues
  

• Provide accurate and professional responses in English
  

• Follow internal processes and quality standards
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
  

• Ensure proper documentation and logging of all interactions
  

• Take part in required training
  

• Meet KPI and performance targets
  

Requirements

• English Level: C1 (Fluent very mild or no accent)
  

• Experience: Previous call center experience is a must
  

• Education: Graduates & gap year students accepted (No undergraduates)
  

• Availability: Full-time on-site
  

Shifts

• Days Worked: 5 days per week
  

• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
  

• Shift Timing: Night shift 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (1-hour break included)
  

Benefits

Total Salary Package: 15100 EGP (Gross) / month

Base Salary: 11000

Attendance Bonus: 1500

KPI Bonus: 1500

Transportation Allowance: 1100
