Higher qualification appropriate. 3–7 years of experience in contracting and site supervision. Experience in monitoring labor, subcontractors, and site execution works. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and plans. Proficiency in preparing daily reports and tracking completion rates. Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and in site environments.
