Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Functional Enterprise Resource Planning Consultant located in Egypt. The consultant will analyze and map clients’ business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional ERP configurations that support operational and strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops with stakeholders, preparing functional specifications, participating in ERP implementations, managing testing and UAT, and supporting go-live and post-implementation activities. The role involves collaborating closely with technical teams, finance and operations stakeholders, and project managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with industry standards. The consultant will also provide training, documentation, and ongoing advisory support to help clients maximize value from their ERP investments.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization, with the ability to align ERP functionality to operational needs. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose practical, data-driven solutions. Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training. Solid knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and modules, preferably with Epicor or similar ERP systems. Working knowledge of Finance processes (such as GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and reporting) and their integration within ERP solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience in one or more of Index Info Tech’s key industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, Oil & Gas) is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
