Uniform Attendant

Job Summary

Cleans and organizes items stored in laundry room supply/storage closets linen room and/or uniform room.

2 Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.

3 Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.

4 Actively listens to and considers the concerns of other employees and responds appropriately and effectively.

5 Monitors the working condition and cleanliness of laundry/dry cleaning machinery and equipment.

6 Reports faulty equipment maintenance needs and safety hazards to manager/supervisor.

7 Ensures uniform nametags and personal appearance are clean hygienic professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

8 Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.

9 Inspects linen and terry for damage and removes them from circulation as necessary.

Separates soiled articles (e.g. linens terry and clothing) based on color fabric and cleaning technique requirements prior to washing or dry cleaning.

11 Maintains accurate records of items washed number of loads and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry.

12 Transports cart of washed articles to dryers and places them in dryers according to load size.

13 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper printed out etc.).

14 To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.

15 To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.

16 To provide carrying chemicals safely carrying storing and using in accordance with laws controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.

17 Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities

18 Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Qualifications :

Education: At least vocational diploma.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related field.

Foreign Language: Not expected.

Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related field.

Computer Literacy: Not expected.
