Mechanical Project Lead

: Key Responsibilities
Conduct Feasibility Studies for new industrial projects, including technical, operational, and cost evaluation.
Prepare project plans, schedules, scopes of work, budgets, and required technical documentation.
Evaluate proposed projects and provide recommendations regarding technical feasibility, resources, timelines, and expected costs.
Manage the execution, installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial equipment and production lines.
Review engineering drawings, production line layouts, equipment specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers to ensure proper project execution.
Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing teams for equipment, materials, and spare parts.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered according to timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.
Prepare progress reports, method statements, commissioning documents, and other project documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
6–9 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in factories, production lines, or industrial equipment.
Strong experience in preparing and evaluating Feasibility Studies is a MUST.
Experience in project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up.
Strong experience in dealing with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.
Good knowledge of project planning, documentation, cost evaluation, and technical coordination.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
