Hiring : female Executive Assistant & Digital Growth Lead, remote work mostly

Organization: Fatafeet Fann

• Location: Online / Remote or In-Person (Flexible)

• Compensation: 6,000 Egyptian Pounds (EGP) per month

• Requirements : Egyptian Female Candidate Only

• Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Distribution & Outreach: Instantly distribute new content (videos, songs, posters) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram ) within minutes and engage with specialized music/poetry groups.

• Master Database Management: Build and maintain an elite Google Sheets database of industry professionals (singers, composers, arrangers, talent managers, production houses) with official contact details.

• Industry Intelligence: Monitor the Egyptian and UAE Musicians Syndicates daily and track concert/conference schedules for networking opportunities.

• Seasonal & Calendar Planning: Curate a monthly content calendar 15 days in advance for holidays, religious occasions, and digital trends to optimize viral window

Requirements

• Demographics: Egyptian nationality, female.

• Work Arrangement: Available to work online or in-person.

• Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of music industry roles (Arranger, Composer, Producer) with the ability to draft professional outreach messages and execute rapid trend responses.

• Technical & Research Skills: High proficiency in Excel/Google Drive ecosystems and advanced "deep search" research capabilities.
