#Senior_Mechanical_Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor mechanical systems operations across assigned sites within the Facility Management scope.

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and operational continuity.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support efficient service delivery.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational updates.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or MEP operations.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical maintenance.

• Previous experience in healthcare facilities, hospitals, or large-scale facilities is preferred.

• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
