• Review shop drawings and compare them against approved design drawings.

• Prepare quantity take-offs for materials, tools, and equipment.

• Review project requirements for materials and tools, and prepare the related purchase requisitions.

• Support the Execution Manager in preparing the procurement plan in line with the project schedule.

• Support the Execution Manager in preparing manpower and equipment requirements.

• Receive project materials and verify compliance with project specifications before submitting them to the consultant for approval.

• Monitor the execution of mechanical works to ensure delivery within the approved budget and required quality standards.

• Conduct final inspections and hand over completed mechanical works to the consultant engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction and site execution.

• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, quantity surveying, and preparing material requisitions.

• Good understanding of mechanical systems, project specifications, quality standards, and site coordination.

• Ability to follow project schedules, procurement plans, manpower, and equipment requirements.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
