Job Summary

• Manage daily store trading operations including merchandising product uploads promotions and
  
• discounting.
  
• Conduct regular website audits and ensure full optimization across all devices.
  
• Coordinate product launch and promotion calendars with product sales and marketing teams.
  
• Execute digital marketing strategies across SEO paid ads and email marketing.
  
• Plan manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and major social media
  
• platforms.
  
• Oversee customer service operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  
• Manage and forecast online inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  
• Identify new growth opportunities using insights from the omni channel strategy.
  

Requirements

• 3 years of ecommerce experience with a proven record of driving growth.
  
• Strong communication leadership and project management skills.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Good understanding of web design and UX principles (HTML/CSS is a plus).
  
• Strong knowledge of SEO CRM paid marketing and ecommerce platforms such as Salla.
  
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and major social media advertising campaigns.
  
• Experience working in the GCC market
