Job Summary

Job Overview

Under general supervision the Business Analyst supports the implementation enhancement and optimization of HIS EMR and digital healthcare solutions. The role works with clinical administrative and technical stakeholders to analyze current workflows define future-state processes and ensure solutions align with operational regulatory and patient care objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead requirements gathering workshops interviews and site assessments.
• Analyze current and future-state workflows aligned with HIS/EMR best practices.
• Elicit validate prioritize and manage business functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain BRDs BRSs use cases and gap analysis documentation.

Solution Design & Configuration Support

• Collaborate with architects implementation and technical teams to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Identify configuration workflow integration and customization needs.
• Review and validate proposed solution designs.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate workshops with clinical operational and administrative stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

Testing & Validation

• Develop and support test cases test scenarios and UAT scripts.
• Coordinate UAT activities and validate solutions against approved requirements and workflows.

Implementation & Go-Live Support

• Support data collection master data validation workflow validation and readiness assessments.
• Participate in mock runs integrated testing and dress rehearsals.
• Provide business support during go-live and hypercare.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Health Informatics Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience within healthcare IT HIS EMR/EHR or digital health projects.

• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR APIs Interfaces).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations accreditation standards and EMR/HIS implementation methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
