Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading a team of application developers in designing, building, and maintaining business-critical applications. This role oversees the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and support, ensuring alignment with Xceed’s technical standards and security policies. The supervisor collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines. Daily responsibilities include assigning and reviewing technical work, providing coaching and mentorship to developers, conducting code reviews, and coordinating with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system reliability and compliance. The role also involves continuous improvement of development processes, documentation, and best practices to support efficiency, quality, and innovation within the technology function.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.* 4+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership role.* Strong experience with C#, ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.* Experience with Postgre SQL or SQL Server.* Good knowledge of React or Angular.* Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.* Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.* Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Fluent in English.
