About Us:

Italian Real Estate is an upcoming, internationally-minded real estate agency bridging the Italian and Egyptian property markets. As part of our strategic expansion and brand-new office opening in New Cairo scheduled for 2027, we are currently conducting selective interviews to assemble an elite sales team. We are looking for high-performing Senior Property Consultants to drive our market presence, manage high-net-worth clients, and close high-value primary property deals.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, self-motivated, and highly experienced Senior Property Consultant with a deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market. In this key role, you will work closely with company leadership, the Sales Manager, and junior consultants to convert qualified investor leads, build lasting relationships with top developers, and deliver top-tier advisory services. This is a high-impact position designed for proven professionals who want to advance their careers within an international, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Execution & Closing: Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification and property presentations to contract signing and final deal closing on primary market developments.

• Investor & Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to private buyers and international investors, tailoring bespoke property portfolios across primary (off-plan) developments.

• Developer Relations: Leverage local market presence to maintain strong relationships with top-tier developers and gain early access to high-demand project launches.

• Sales Targets & Revenue Goals: Continuously manage and drive your sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed monthly targets and set revenue quotas.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics, and new master-plan developments across New Cairo and key investment hubs.

• Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with junior property consultants, sharing field insights and fostering a cohesive sales environment alongside the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 to 4+ years of proven success in real estate sales within the Greater Cairo market (New Cairo off-plan experience strongly preferred).

• Target Achievement Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and revenue quotas.

• Network & Closing Power: Strong personal network of clients, investors, and developer contacts with proven hands-on closing capabilities.

• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). (Italian is a plus).

• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong negotiation skills, and a high degree of professional integrity and self-drive.
