Responsibilities:

• Follow up on loading and dispatching supply and distribution vehicles, including reviewing loading requests and ensuring all required data and signatures are completed in accordance with company policy.
• Carry out and follow up on sorting tasks for items based on the specified ratios for the entry and exit of sales vehicles to avoid item overlap. Perform sorting tasks for transport and customer vehicles according to the set ratios and receive actual quantities recorded in the SAP system.
• Daily distribution of labor and follow-up on their tasks.
• Organize and arrange products according to types, sizes, and in compliance with FEFO policy.
• Follow up on supply purchase orders from factories and ensure receipt in the SAP system with correct quantities and items.
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure FEFO dispensing (first produced, first dispensed).
• Supply cranes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the availability of safe fuel reserves.
• Monitor refrigerator balances for entry and exit movements and all related information.
• Implement occupational health and safety instructions and ensure all warehouse workers comply with wearing personal protective equipment.
• Load sales vehicles correctly, with appropriate quantities and timing to meet sales needs and ensure execution of sales programs and plans.
• Enter and print sales exchanges (entry and exit) in the S&D system.
• Issue empty and exchange shipping orders.
• Store warehouse documents according to the company’s documentary cycle.
• Prepare glass and shell receipt vouchers in SAP.
• Implement the company’s policy regarding asset preservation and information confidentiality.
• Execute all required warehouse reports requested by management.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards required for product storage from receipt to dispensing, in line with company policy.
• Perform daily inventory checks of warehouse balances to identify inventory variances.
• Analyze and follow up on inventory variances to determine causes and take appropriate actions to minimize variances.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventory checks, analyze results, and attend weekly/monthly meetings to share findings with the warehouse team and contribute to developing a plan to reduce variances.
• Implement and follow up on all food safety requirements according to AIB standards.
• Apply warehouse policies to reduce waste and minimize warehouse losses.
• Monitor the movement of marketing equipment according to the Marketing Equipment Management (MEM) policy.
• Ensure workers comply with required procedures for product storage while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Implement COSO standards requirements for exchanges and ensure compliance with loading requests.
• Deliver broken shells to the waste warehouse, deduct from inventory balance, and prepare breakage reports and minutes for disposal.
