Job Purpose
To operate, maintain availability & Quality for access Network sites from planned activity aspect
Report To Position Name
Align with managed service team for preventive maintenance actions to achieve agreed plan prepare monthly presentation for the preventive maintenance projects and its effect on the network Ensure that Planned Activities not to impact the availability target negatively or service effect Guarantee sufficient number of preventive maintenance annual visit in order to check quality and maintain network availability levels. Arrange for One Meeting for each region offices per Quarter Rectification for (85% from P1 audited sites , 80% from P2 audited sites , 75% from P3 & P4 audited sites) Weekly Tracker for 94 contracted items Control & Trigger on time for 3rd party materials below the Agreed Threshold, and faulty repair and return items Evaluation for Vendors subcontractor New Comers (on hiring/termination) Insure effective time management for preventive maintenance plan. Close Quality T.Ts assign to field preventive maintenance team within SLA. Submit and update accurate Data Base Monthly check the preventive maintenance report provided , escalate to Electro mechanical teams immediately and follow up till the problem solved Customer Centricity Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points Innovation Continuously learn new trends in the market and propose new ideas, approaches and insights Operational Excellence Takes responsibility—Accepts responsibility for outcomes of one's work; with focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows. Qualifications - External
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (Major\: Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering). Excellent in Arabic & Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Excellent communication and management skills
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 2 years of experience with proficiency in GSM networks
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
Various vendors experience is preferred
CERTIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Essential\: GSM/WCDMA Fundamentals Communication Skills. Time management Negotiation skills Desirable\: PMP
