• Establishing and organizing an inventory monitoring system and setting up its procedures and operational mechanisms.
• Conducting inventory counts in person within the warehouse, including counting items, reviewing quantities and locations, and recording inventory results.
• Performing periodic, surprise, annual, and continuous inventory counts of items.
• Reconciling actual inventory results with system records.
• Re-examining and recounting items when discrepancies appear to verify inventory accuracy.
• Analyzing shortages and excesses, identifying their causes, and following up on corrective actions.
• Monitoring all inventory movements, including receipt, storage, transfer, dispensing, shipping, and returns.
• Field verification of the accuracy of item storage locations, quantities, and system alignment.
• Tracking damaged, lost, excess, returned, and slow-moving items.
• Reviewing inventory balance adjustments and ensuring system alignment.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy for each client or brand.
• Implementing controls to reduce inventory errors, shortages, losses, and damage.
• Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Preparing reports on inventory results, discrepancies, causes, and corrective actions taken.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancy rates and working to improve them.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory monitoring or warehouse management.
• Hands-on field experience in conducting inventory counts within warehouses.
• Willingness to work in the field inside the warehouse and perform inventory counts personally, not just supervise.
• Experience in reconciling balances and analyzing and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving ability.
• Ability to establish and organize an inventory monitoring system from scratch.
• Experience in logistics, storage/shipping, or e-commerce companies is a plus.
