Required Tasks:
Recording Daily Transactions: Posting all daily accounting entries and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Project Costing (Job Costing): Determining the costs of each "stand" or exhibition hall separately, including direct materials and wages.
Variance Analysis: Comparing actual production costs with estimated costs (standards) set before implementation.
Allocation of Manufacturing Costs: Distributing factory overhead expenses (such as machinery depreciation and electricity) across different production orders.
Invoice Reconciliation: Reviewing supplier invoices (e.g., wood, lighting, and acrylic suppliers) against purchase orders and warehouse receipt vouchers.
Contractor Follow-up: In case subcontractors are hired for exhibition installations, receiving and reviewing their progress reports and processing payments.
Inventory Tracking: Supervising periodic inventory of raw materials and semi-finished parts to ensure no unjustified waste exists.
