Inside Sales Engineer

Role Description The Inside Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing and following up on technical and commercial quotations, and supporting the sales team with product and application knowledge. The Inside Sales Engineer will communicate with clients to understand requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure accurate order processing. Daily tasks include coordinating with technical and operations teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including customer relationship management and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Quotations and Sales Engineering, with the ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Experience providing Technical Support and solutions-oriented guidance to customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meeting defined sales targets.
• Previous experience in industrial trading, engineering products, or similar sectors is a plus.
