Potential HR is hiring on behalf of its client a Marketing Agency specialized in the Restaurants & F&B sector for a Social Media Specialist to manage social media accounts develop content ideas and create engaging platform-specific content across multiple client brands.

The role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms audience behavior trends content planning and brand communication with the ability to manage multiple accounts and collaborate with creative and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts and platforms.
• Develop monthly content plans and content calendars based on brand objectives and target audiences.
• Generate creative content ideas concepts and campaign directions for different brands.
• Write engaging captions posts and social media copy aligned with each brands tone of voice.
• Adapt content ideas according to different platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Monitor social media trends audience behavior competitor activity and emerging content formats.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers Video Creators Account Managers and other internal teams to execute content plans.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for design and video teams when required.
• Ensure content consistency with brand identity communication guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple social media accounts priorities deadlines and content requirements simultaneously.
• Monitor comments messages and community activity when required.
• Support social media campaigns promotions launches and seasonal content.
• Review published content to ensure accuracy consistency and quality.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach engagement and audience interaction.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest new creative approaches for client accounts.

Requirements

• 23 years of professional experience in Social Media Management Content Creation or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands and audiences.
• Good understanding of social media platforms trends algorithms formats and audience behavior.
• Experience developing content calendars and managing regular content publishing.
• Good understanding of brand tone of voice and social media communication.
• Ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with Graphic Designers Video Creators Account Managers and other creative teams.
• Strong communication organization follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Previous experience within a Marketing Advertising Digital or Social Media Agency is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working with Restaurants or F&B brands is a strong plus.
• Good written English is preferred.
