This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning and coordinating guided tours, managing reservations, and ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences for clients. Daily tasks include liaising with suppliers, assisting clients with travel arrangements, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and coordinating itineraries
• Sales acumen and ability to promote travel packages effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with tourism software and systems is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
