We’re Hiring | AI Product Engineer
Maplora Technology is looking for an AI Product Engineer to join an exciting outsourcing opportunity with one of our international clients.
We’re looking for an AI-first builder who can take a problem from idea → solution → working product, using AI as a core part of the development process.
What You’ll Do
• Build and rapidly prototype AI-powered product solutions.
• Use AI agents to support design, implementation, and testing.
• Break down complex problems and turn them into practical solutions.
• Debug, improve, and iterate on AI-generated solutions.
• Work independently from problem statement to implementation.
• Participate in customer demos and incorporate their feedback.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in software/product engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI development tools.
• Ability to build and iterate quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of software quality and testing.
• Ability to think end-to-end and evaluate AI-generated solutions.
• Fluent English — written and spoken, as you’ll be working directly with an international team
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions.
