Procurement Category Manager -Packing Material

• Ensures continuous availability of packing materials to support production requirements.

• Drives sustainable cost savings across the packing-material category.

• Develops effective short-, medium-, and long-term purchasing strategies.

• Optimizes supplier commercial terms and sourcing decisions.

• Balances long-term purchasing commitments with demand changes, and prices exposure.

• Supports production continuity through proactive supplier and supply-risk management.

• Optimizes shipping decisions by balancing required delivery time and logistics cost.

• Supports New Product Development and packaging changes through timely sourcing and supplier coordination.

• Enhances procurement agility and resilience through alternative sourcing and risk mitigation.

• Develops procurement capabilities and drives high performance within the team.

• Supports local and global procurement projects when assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Professional Certification

• CIPM and Supply Chain Management certifications is preferred.

• Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Minimum 5 years in managerial responsibilities.

• Manufacturing / FMCG experience preferred.
