German Customer Service Representative

تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • Position: German Operations Support Associate (Voice & Non-Voice)
    Location: Cairo, Egypt (WFO)

  • Roles are Cairo-based, Work from Office Location will be confirmed after selection

  • Shifts will be in between 8:00 to 20:00 CET (Mon – Fri). Working hours will follow the CET time zone with the European weekend pattern (Saturday & Sunday off).

  • The tentative start date is in September.

  • Freshers with no experience will also be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • German language proficiency: Minimum B2 level (CEFR)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Fresh graduates can be considered

    • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, BPO, or Support functions

    • Experience handling voice and/or non-voice processes

    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage

    • Good typing skills and attention to detail
