The role will focus on building a consistent pipeline of high-quality B2B content across Decima’s website, blog, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, with particular emphasis on data centers, mission-critical projects, project controls, program management, and regional delivery across KSA and the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with Decima’s sectors, projects, people, and market priorities.
• Create high-quality B2B content including:
  • Blog articles
  • Thought-leadership pieces
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Case studies
  • Project stories
  • Executive content
  • Presentations and other business-development material
• Translate technical and project information into clear, engaging content for clients, partners, and industry audiences.
• Publish, update, and maintain website content through the company’s Content Management System (CMS).
• Manage page content, formatting, links, metadata, and basic content updates within the CMS.
• Own keyword research across Decima’s priority themes, including:
• Mission-critical and data center program management
  • Project controls
  • Program governance
  • Construction and project delivery
  • KSA and UAE market delivery
• Apply on-page SEO best practices across published content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image alt text.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and content performance.
• Prepare monthly SEO and content performance reports highlighting trends, improvements, and opportunities.
• Identify content gaps and recommend new topics based on search demand, market trends, and business priorities.
• Support integrated B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
• Coordinate content with business-development campaigns, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
• Support lead nurturing and business-development follow-up workflows.
• Develop dashboards and management reports covering campaigns, content performance, leads, and pipeline indicators.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Lead, Graphic Design team, internal technical stakeholders, and Business Development teams.
• Interview or gather input from internal subject-matter experts to develop credible technical content.
• Identify and support off-site SEO opportunities, including industry directories, guest articles, partnerships, and backlinks.
• Coordinate off-site content opportunities with Events and PR activities.
• Use AI-enabled and automation tools to improve content research, production, publishing, reporting, and marketing workflows.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, quality, and accuracy across published content.

 

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in SEO content writing, B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Relevant experience using CMS 
• Demonstrated ability to create clear and engaging long-form and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Experience with on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content optimization.
• Experience writing for B2B or professional audiences.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into accessible, compelling content.
• Experience managing content calendars and multiple content priorities.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital campaign performance and content analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and subject-matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, PMC, infrastructure, data centers, or professional services.
• Experience writing about technical, engineering, construction, or project-management topics.
• Exposure to B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Experience with lead-generation and lead-nurturing workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with SEO research and monitoring platforms.
• Experience managing LinkedIn content for B2B brands.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content and marketing tools.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
• Understanding of backlink development and off-page SEO.
• Experience developing dashboards and management-level marketing reports.
