Job Purpose
Support the commercial departments with proper segmentation and data mining models to achieve Etisalat revenue growth, retain and enhance customers’ experience.
Report To Position Name
Avail group of segmentation (Micro segmentation, value driven and behaviour driven) through communicating with the concerned departments to support the commercial departments in the approaching decision making Monitor and validate specified customer data through SAP business object tool to provide the concerned departments with data accessibility to accelerate their job. Enhance all Etisalat Segments and models through revaluation of current market behaviour to ensure the accuracy and applicability of segments and models. Provide the concerned departments with the available data mining models and segments through conducting training sessions to help them to increase Etisalat subscriber revenue
