Job duties & responsibilities

1. Identifies Cost reduction projects by evaluating the organization for waste and complexity and identifying solutions. Understands Plant requirements and translates these into actions for quality and process improvement by interacting with employees and other teams.

2. Drives, leads, and executes improvement projects and initiatives by meeting/exceeding business needs within planned time frame ensuring the Plant’s P/L will meet all financial goals and targets for the current year and over the strategic planning period.

3. Leads a team of Black belts and Greenbelts spread throughout the organization focused on driving continuous improvement activities and continually driving a cultural shift in the organization.

4. Identifies and eliminate process waste to maximize productivity

5. Facilitates the company Policy Deployment & annual Objectives achieving.

6. Identify KPI's for plant processes optimizing, measuring & reporting the performance monthly. Perform management review & quarter review.

7. Review and sign the SOP's of different activities keep them realistic.

8. Performance reports review and deliver conclusions to Top Management

9. Leads internal auditing team for conducting planned and unplanned audits as a powerful tool for improvement.

10. Follow up external audits preparation and recommendations. Ensures appropriate actions have been taken.

11. Identify operational risks and develop risk management strategies.

12. Stay updated regarding industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.

13. Provides training in a variety of continuous improvement tools (e.g. six sigma, lean, TPM .....) and provides mentorship to small kaizen and six sigma teams focused on rapid improvements as needed.

14. Improves baseline performance relative to cost, quality, and cycle time and customer satisfaction by delivering business results through enabling the leadership team throughout the Plant.

15. Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

Ensures the implementation of HSE regulations.
