job Description :

* 1. Manage and coordinate all freight forwarding operations for Sea and Air shipments, including Import and Export activities.

* 2. Monitor and follow up on shipment processes from booking to final departure, ensuring timely pickup, loading, and adherence to sailing schedules.

• 3. Liaise and maintain effective communication with shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs clearance agents to ensure seamless operations.

• 4. Negotiate with carriers and overseas agents to secure competitive freight rates and optimal transit solutions.

* 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resume shipment records, tracking statuses, and operational reports.

* 6. Prepare, submit, and verify final shipping instructions and coordinate all shipment documentation, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements and international shipping standards.

* 7. Request, review, and validate shipment invoices to ensure consistency with agreed rates, contracts, and quotations.

* 8. Support the Sales Department by providing accurate quotations and rate updates for all required shipping services.

* 9. Proactively identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time resolution and customer satisfaction
