Administrative Security Duties / Monitoring the entry and exit of employees and ensuring adherence to entry and exit instructions. Maintaining discipline and order inside the factory. Monitoring the entry and exit of vehicles and ensuring the presence of necessary permits. Dealing respectfully and professionally with all employees and preventing any arguments or violations within the work scope. Notifying Human Resources and factory management of any violations or incidents requiring intervention.
