Job Description: Field Manager

The Field Manager is in charge of the field team (Supervisors and Auditors). The main goal is to make sure the team collects store data accurately, correctly, and on time. This role involves checking data on the ground and on the computer, fixing device problems, training staff, and calculating project costs

2. Checking Quali

ty & Acuracy
• On-the-Ground Checks: Go out into the field to do back-checks, spot-checks, and work side-by-side with supervisors/auditors to make sure they are doing honest an

corret work.
• Computer Checks: Review the incoming data remotely on the computer to find mistakes, missing info

rmation,or gaps.
• Follow the Rules: Make sure everyone follows the standard steps and data rules. Fix any data errors o

r

problem quickly.
3. Trainin

g & Technial Support
• Method Training: Train new and current team members on how to collect data an

follow copany rules.
• Device Training: Teach the team how to use electronic data de

vices and aps correctly.
• Fix Tech Problems: Help the field team when their devices, hardware, or apps hav

Exprience & Education
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in field operations, market research, or retail checking. At least

years of experiece managing a team.

tion: Collegeor Bacelor’s degree
