Role Description The Real-estate Cold Caller-US is a full-time remote role responsible for contacting potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the U.S. real estate market to generate leads and qualify prospects. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls from provided lists, introducing real estate services or opportunities, gathering key information about property needs, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and adapting messaging based on prospect responses. The Real-estate Cold Caller-US collaborates with supervisors and sales representatives to refine outreach strategies, meet call and conversion targets, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends. Consistent punctuality, reliable internet access, and the ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven environment are essential.
Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to understand basic property terms and concepts.
• Competence in Sales and Real Estate Development-related conversations, including identifying potential opportunities and qualifying leads.
• Proven Customer Service skills, including active listening, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle objections calmly.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, especially for U.S.-based prospects.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling, using CRM or call center software, and working with performance targets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow structured scripts and processes.
• Prior experience in real estate cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
