Title: Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and to quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams manages risks and changes and ensures clear communication with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers QA and business analysts.

• Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

• Communicate project status milestones and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

• Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Facilitate Agile or Waterfall processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives where applicable.

• Ensure proper documentation of requirements processes and deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.

• Proven experience (typically 4 years) managing projects.

• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
