The company is looking for an Administrator and Marketing Officer to contribute to managing daily administrative tasks in the warehouse, communicating with clients, and marketing the company's services, while following up on the daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow. Job Responsibilities: Executing and following up on administrative work in the warehouse. Organizing and archiving files and records. Communicating with clients and responding to inquiries. Contributing to marketing the company's services and attracting new clients. Following up on daily operations and simple maintenance work in the warehouse, maintaining equipment and tools, and reporting any malfunctions or observations. Performing any other tasks related to the nature of the work. Requirements: Suitable qualification. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. Good communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in administrative work or marketing is preferred. Seriousness, commitment, and good appearance. Willingness to reside inside the warehouse premises during working days. Financial Compensation and Work Schedule: Monthly salary: 8,000 EGP. Transportation allowance: 1,000 EGP. Work schedule: 24 working days and 6 days off per month. Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the company may organize or adjust working hours according to operational needs.
