Role Description The Medical Cosmetics (Pharmacist) role at NEXperience is a full-time hybrid position based in New Cairo, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves providing expert guidance on medical-grade cosmetic and dermatological products, ensuring accurate information on indications, ingredients, and safe usage. The Medical Cosmetics Pharmacist will review and approve product-related content and materials, support customer-facing teams with clinical and regulatory insights, and respond to product inquiries in a clear and compliant manner. Daily tasks include collaborating with CX and digital sales teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical regulations, and supporting quality assurance processes related to healthcare and cosmetic products. The role also includes documenting product information, reporting potential safety issues, and contributing to training materials for internal teams.
Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with a degree in Pharmacy or a closely related field, with demonstrated knowledge of dermatology, cosmetics, or aesthetic medicine.
• Strong understanding of medical cosmetics, dermatological products, formulations, and ingredient safety, including interactions and contraindications.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to cosmetic and medical products.
• Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly in written and verbal form, and to support customer-facing teams with product expertise.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Cairo, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered and customer-centered care.
• Previous experience in medical cosmetics, aesthetic clinics, pharmacy counseling, or healthcare BPO/CX operations is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and platforms; fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
