Role Summary

The Contracting Executive is responsible for securing and managing agreements with hotels restaurants and other tourism service providers in Alexandria and beyond. The role negotiates competitive rates and terms analyses supplier pricing and supports the companys travel packages by ensuring strong supplier relationships. Success in this role requires sharp negotiation skills market knowledge and an ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hotel contracting to secure favourable rates room allocations and contract terms.
  

• Manage restaurant contracting including negotiation of menus pricing and service standards.
  

• Negotiate and analyse prices to ensure competitive packages and profitability.
  

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor rates to inform negotiations.
  

• Build and sustain strong relationships with hotels restaurants and other suppliers.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Tourism or a related field.
  

• At least 3 years of experience in contracting procurement or supplier management within the travel industry.
  

• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly preferred.
  

• Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills.
  

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of contracting experience.

Education Required: Bachelors degree in Tourism or a related field.
