Role Description The Head of Sales – Printing & Packaging is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October, responsible for leading the sales function for printing and packaging solutions. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, manages key client portfolios, and drives revenue growth in alignment with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The Head of Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Collaboration with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align offerings with customer needs and market trends is essential, along with continuous market analysis to refine the go-to-market approach.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience driving revenue growth in printing and packaging or related industries.
• Account Management expertise, including managing key accounts, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring high service levels.
• Analytical Skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and financial information for decision-making and performance improvement.
• Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, printing, packaging, or industrial sectors in MENA or Gulf markets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in 6th of October, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
